Mario, P1.1 Process/c

For the last stage of this project I had a few things to consider since my last draft:

- Develop an easier way to navigate through the calendar
- Develop a system where the user can access information based on days AND also based on
months
- Create a cover and a back cover
- Redesign the layout of the pages so the calendar doesn’t look like a phonebook.

With all these considerations in mind, I have made what I think is my final product. For the navigation aspect, I made tabs for each day of the month making it easier for the user to look up a specific day of the year. To help the user find/add names based only on the month, I designed a system where the user has to fill up the day of the year where a name has been written. This will be on the last page and the user can just look at this page and see which days of each month have a birthday. This process is illustrated on the back cover. For the layout of each page I kept the idea of the months being inside “balloons” and I chose to do the separations of each month with handmade lines. I’ll post my final calendar after the critique on Monday…
