It is always exciting for me to start working on a new project. For project 2 we will be doing a CATALOGUE. So here is some information about the project:
- Final Product: Printed Catalogue
- Duration: 4 weeks
- Size and number of pages varies
- Students should identify a target audience
- Pictures should be 300dpi, .tif format, and CMYK
- Students should plan 1 week for production (printing and binding)
- The subject of the Catalogue will be Lifestyles
Some things to keep in mind:
- What does CATALOGUE mean? What is its purpose?
- What is a LIFESTYLE? What different kind of lifestyles can you think of?
- Different people live in different ways.
The first step for this project will be to go out and observe different ARTIFACTS that people use on their daily life. We have to take 100 pictures -10 for each different category. The categories are clothing, furniture, cars, phones, food, and 5 other categories that we will have to create. The presentation of these pictures will take place on Monday 9th and each student should have their 100 pictures printed and ready for display. The size of each picture should be 8cm x 8cm.
